Available at the Mall Office during posted hours or call the Mall Office at (716) 372-7911 to have ready for your convenience.  Cash or checks are accepted for payment.

Complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Wheelchairs are available at the Mall Office.

An ATM machine is located in the mall near Kay Jewelers and Piercing Pagoda.

A mail box is located outside of the mall, near The Bon-Ton Housewares entrance.

Mall walkers are invited to walk the common area of the mall.  The mall is open for walking at 7:30 am Monday through Saturday and 10:00 am on Sunday.  Four times around the mall equals 1 mile.

Call the Mall Office at (716) 372-7911 during office hours or see Security.  Security office hours are Monday through Saturday 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm and Sunday 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Restrooms are located in the service hallway next to the Mall Office.

Designated parking spaces are identified at each mall entrance and in front of the major department stores.

The Olean Center Mall is smoke free.
