Complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

An ATM machine is located in the mall near Kay Jewelers and Piercing Pagoda.

A mail box is located outside of the mall, near The Bon-Ton Housewares entrance.

Mall walkers are invited to walk the common area of the mall.  The mall is open for walking at 7:30 am Monday through Saturday and 10:00 am on Sunday.  Four times around the mall equals 1 mile.

Designated parking spaces are identified at each mall entrance and in front of the major department stores.

The Olean Center Mall is smoke free.
